Shipping Policy
Effective Date: October 1st, 2025
This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Salad Tree Ventures Ltd. (“Salad Tree,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Processing Times
1.1 Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
1.2 Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or new product launches. If processing is expected to exceed the standard window, Salad Tree will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Within Canada
2.1 Salad Tree ships to addresses across Canada.
2.2 Standard delivery time is estimated at 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.
2.3 Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional time.
3. International Shipping
3.1 Salad Tree primarily ships within Canada. International orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
3.2 International buyers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their destination country.
3.3 Salad Tree is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
4. Shipping Costs
4.1 Orders totaling CAD $200 or more qualify for free standard shipping within Canada.
4.2 Orders under CAD $200 are subject to shipping charges, calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
4.3 Large items (such as towers) may be shipped separately from smaller accessories.
5. Order Tracking
5.1 Once an order has shipped, Salad Tree will provide a tracking number via email.
5.2 Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery status using the carrier’s tracking system.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
6.1 Customers must inspect all shipments upon delivery.
6.2 If products are damaged upon arrival, customers must notify Salad Tree within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and damaged item(s).
6.3 Salad Tree will, at its discretion, replace damaged products or issue a refund.
6.4 In the event of a lost package, Salad Tree will work with the carrier to locate the shipment. Salad Tree is not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party carriers.
7. Pre-Orders and Backorders
7.1 For items marked as pre-order or backorder, estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page.
7.2 Salad Tree will provide email updates regarding expected delivery dates.
